This is a soulful pop song that would be difficult to guess is about panic attacks and extreme stress by the laid back nature of the sound. Using rhodes and wurlitzer electric piano sounds and acoustic guitar it has an acoustic yet soul feel to it with full kit and bubbly trippy electric guitar in the choruses. The choruses almost have an RnB feel to the rhythm of the lyrics. The middle 8 reaches a climax back into a screaming guitar solo. The end choruses almost have a motown riff throughout the outro. Uplifting and moody at the same time.
